SNOWTRAX terms and conditionsby purchasing a SNOWTRAX item you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

We accept a limited number of SNOWTRAX reservations each day.  Plan your SNOWTRAX order carefully. The system is optimized to sell specific products only, including complete rental packages and helmets.  Our ability to preset the equipment correctly depends on the accuracy of the information you provide to us, so please carefully verify height, weight, shoe size, etc. Wrong or incomplete information will reduce efficiency and likely cause delays.

We cannot accept orders for individual rental items through SNOWTRAX. If you order a package with the intention of only using one or another of the elements of that package you will be charged the full package price and not receive a refund of any kind.  Please plan accordingly.

With the added convenience and guaranteed status of your equipment and/or lesson comes an increased price – SNOWTRAX items are priced slightly higher than you would pay when purchasing in person. SNOWTRAX orders must be placed no later than 4:00 pm on the day prior to use. You should arrive at least one hour prior to lesson time when picking up through SNOWTRAX in order to be on time and ready.  If you do not arrive at least one hour prior to your lesson we cannot guarantee you will be processed in time for your lesson.

Refund, Change & Cancellation Policy

Refund, Change and Cancellation Policy  – Mohawk Mountain Ski Area, Inc. and SNOWTRAX, our convenient online shopping tool.

SNOWTRAX, Mohawk Mountain’s online pre-purchase system, is a simple and convenient way to reduce the amount of time you spend preparing for your ski outing, and increasing the amount of time you spend on the slopes. It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly select the items they wish to purchase, to accurately enter required information, and to submit requested purchases within the designated period.

DAILY RENTALS

  1. Depending upon availability, within 24 hours after booking, changes or cancellations may be made by emailing the Snowtrax Coordinator ([email protected]).  A $25 change fee applies and is due upon change request.  The change fee applies when changing a date, time or type of equipment/lesson.
  2. If you cancel prior to 4pm the day before your booking you will receive 50% of your booking refunded to you on a Mohawk Money card. Processing may take up to 48 hours   Should you need to cancel, email [email protected]
  1. Any requested changes, cancelations or no show received after 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to use cannot be honored.
  2. No shows are not eligible for any refund or credit.
  3. No refunds will be given due to weather.

LESSONS

LIFT TICKETS

  1. If you cancel prior to 4pm the day before your booking you will receive a lift ticket voucher valid for the current season, equal to the amount you paid which is able to be picked up in the Main Office with photo ID.

PRIVATE LESSONS – RESERVATION REQUEST

  1. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due upon reservation request.
  2. Changes or cancellations may be made up to 48 hours in advance of your booking by calling the Snowsports Discovery Center 860-672-6100 ext 136.  There is a $25 change fee due when changing a date or time from your original reservation.
  3. All participants must check-in to the Snowsports Discovery Center a half hour prior to private lesson time in order to not risk losing your request.  **Holiday periods require 45 min advance check in.
  4. A no call /no show will result in not being able to book in the future.

GROUPS : Confirm your group numbers 72 hours before your visit.

  1. Payment is DUE IN FULL when confirming reservation.
  2. If you need to reschedule your group, it must be within the current season.
  3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of reservation will be refunded 75% in the form of a Mohawk Money gift card.
  4. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled trip will not be eligible for any refund.

PROGRAMS

All program purchases (Race Team, D-Squad, Interclub, Mountain Division, Hawk Stars, AMPT & Yeti Club) are NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. In the case of a medical situation, please contact the Main Office ([email protected]) to arrange for a medical deferment, good for one ski season.
