SNOWTRAX terms and conditionsby purchasing a SNOWTRAX item you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

We accept a limited number of SNOWTRAX reservations each day.  Plan your SNOWTRAX order carefully – we cannot accept additions, cancellations or changes. Once an order is placed it is non-refundable. The system is optimized to sell specific products only, including complete rental packages and helmets.  Our ability to preset the equipment correctly depends on the accuracy of the information you provide to us, so please carefully verify height, weight, shoe size, etc. Wrong or incomplete information will reduce efficiency and likely cause delays.  We cannot add items at the SNOWTRAX counter, so please double check that your order includes everyone in your group to avoid confusion and delays.

We cannot accept orders for individual rental items through SNOWTRAX. If you order a package with the intention of only using one or another of the elements of that package you will be charged the full package price and not receive a refund of any kind.  Please plan accordingly.

With the added convenience and guaranteed status of your equipment and/or lesson comes an increased price – SNOWTRAX items are priced slightly higher than you would pay when purchasing in person. SNOWTRAX orders must be placed no later than 4:00 pm on the day prior to use. You should arrive at least one hour prior to lesson time when picking up through SNOWTRAX in order to be on time and ready.  If you do not arrive at least one hour prior to your lesson we cannot guarantee you will be processed in time for your lesson.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy  – Mohawk Mountain Ski Area, Inc. and SNOWTRAX, our convenient online shopping tool.

SNOWTRAX, Mohawk Mountain’s online pre-purchase system, is a simple and convenient way to reduce the amount of time you spend preparing for your ski outing, and increasing the amount of time you spend on the slopes. It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly select the items they wish to purchase, to accurately enter required information, and to submit requested purchases within the designated period. Mohawk Mountain does not offer refunds on any item purchased through SNOWTRAX.

In some cases, unless otherwise indicated below, your purchase may be converted to Mohawk Money for your convenient use at the ski area or online.  If we are unable to fulfill your online order you are entitled to a 100% refund of your original purchase.  Please see below for information on specific products:

SEASON PASS PURCHASES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.  In the case of a medical situation, please contact our office to arrange for a medical deferment.

Due to the high demand and limited space in our programs, all program purchases (Race Team, D-Squad, Mountain Division, Hawk Stars, AMPT, Yeti Club) are NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.  In the case of a medical situation, please contact our office to arrange for a medical deferment.

Daily use items (lessons, rentals and packages): OUR SYSTEM CANNOT ACCOMMODATE CHANGES TO ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED. If you need to make a change to your order, simply cancel the original order, and place a NEW correct order.

If your cancellation request is received prior to 4:00 p.m. the day before product delivery, you will be entitled to a 100% credit of your purchase on a Mohawk Money card. (It can take up to 7 days to process and deliver your refund. Please plan accordingly.)

CANCELLATIONS: If a customer needs to cancel an order, and it is before the 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to use deadline, the following procedure should be followed:

  •  Cancellation requests must be sent via email to office@mohawkmtn.com.  Include your order #, name of customer or program and programs or items to be canceled.

If you fail to notify us that you are cancelling your order, or your cancellation is received after 4:00 p.m. the day prior to delivery, you do not qualify for any refund.

Additions: If a customer needs to add items or services to an order, simply place a new order through SNOWTRAX.  Existing orders cannot have items or services added.

Please allow up to 7 days to process and deliver your refund.
