The Perch is our newest facility. It is a bright, clean room with walls of windows overlooking meadows in spring, summer and fall and snow in the winter. The Perch has beverage service coolers, as well as clean men’s and women’s rest rooms. Food can be prepared elsewhere and served at The Perch, and caterers vans have easy access to the building. Enjoy the cozy comfort of the radiant heat coming through the carpeted floor, the big screen TV mounted on the wall, and the old-fashioned hominess of the front porch. Perfect for Jack and Jill Showers, wedding or baby showers, etc., The Perch comfortably seats 75 people at 6-foot tables with chairs.

Certificate of Insurance is required if alcohol will be served, specifying the use of The Perch for a maximum of 5 hours of entertainment.

Deposit is included in rental fee above. Deposit is collected when scheduling the event to confirm the date.
A $500 security fee is required to be paid in full prior to the event. The event space will be inspected by a Mohawk Mountain employee after the completion of the rental period. If the space is unharmed and in the same condition in which it was rented, the security fee will be reimbursed via check mailed to the licensee following the inspection.
