Main Lodge Rental

The Main Lodge, located at the base of our ski resort, is an architecturally striking glass and wood building with an attached two level deck overlooking our ponds. Depending on the type of event you are planning, the Main Lodge can accommodate groups of up to 500. The long bridge over the pond has hosted many wedding ceremonies, while the covered bridge in the front of the lodge has provided a unique backdrop for special wedding photos. Your rental of the Main Lodge includes the Main floor, and access to the kitchens and rest rooms.  Access to the offices, “The Corner”, upper level and lower level are restricted. There are approximately 38 6 x 2.5 tables, and 228 chairs included in the rental. Also included in the rental are 60 3x3′ tall tables with 240 tall stools.  This space also includes a dance floor and a back-ground curtain to block the kitchen.

The attached bi-level decks offer even greater opportunities to make this striking venue all your own.  Erect an arbor, decorate with fairy lights and fresh greens… the only limit is your imagination when it comes to setting the scene for your special event. From formal to funky, the choice is yours.

Main Lodge Rental for 5 hours

$2500 (must be paid in full before event)

Certificate of Insurance is required if alcohol will be served, specifying the use of lodge for a maximum of 5 hours of entertainment. Includes dance floor and kitchen side room divider curtain.

Non- refundable Deposit

$250 – payable upon booking to secure your date

Deposit is included in rental fee above. Deposit is collected when scheduling the event to confirm the date.

Security Fee:

A $500 security fee is required to be paid in full prior to the event.  The event space will be inspected by a Mohawk Mountain employee after the completion of the rental period.  If the space is unharmed and in the same condition in which it was rented, the security fee will be reimbursed via check mailed to the licensee following the inspection.
