What is the age and height requirements for children?
You must be 42” or taller to tube. Tubers must also be able to sit in their own tube to ride down the hill. They cannot sit on an adult’s lap, and they are not strapped in.
Do we need to purchase RFID Media card for tubing?

Yes, every tuber will be required to purchase a reusable and reloadable RFID card to access the tubing area. It is a one-time purchase for $5. Keep secure in a zipped jacked pocket. If it is lost, you are required to replace it for an additional $5.

Can more than one-person ride in a tube?
We only allow one person per tube.
What do I wear and do we need special equipment?
Waterproof snow pants are recommended since wearing 100% cotton clothing (jeans, sweatpants, leggings, etc.) will absorb moisture from snow and sweat. In addition, a warm hat, waterproof gloves, hiking or winter boots or waterproof shoes are necessary. Unacceptable footwear includes wedge boots, rain boots, sneakers, Ski boots, sandals. We offer a full retail shop for all of your winter needs!
Do I have to reserve tickets ahead of time? How do I reserve?
YES! You should purchase your tickets ahead of time online.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
You will be asked to sign an Acknowledgement & Assumption of risks and binding arbitration agreement at time of purchase.
Do I need to stay on site while my child is tubing?
If your child is 12 & under you must remain on site.
Do I need a ticket if I’m not tubing but my child is?
If you are using the tubing area you are required to have a ticket.
Can I bring my own tube?
We provide tubes for each tuber and do not allow any other devices.
What should we expect in terms of instruction?
At the beginning of the session there will be a brief introduction and orientation to help identify staff and explain how to use of the facilities followed by time for questions from participants to be answered.
If I already know how to snow tube do I still need to participate in the instructional orientation session beforehand?
Can I wear a backpack while tubing?
No, you may not wear a backpack while tubing. It will alter how you are able to sit in the tube.
Will I need to walk up the mountain after each run?
Nope! You will access the top of the tubing hill on a Surface Conveyors (“Magic Carpets”).
How long before my scheduled tube session should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15 mins prior to your scheduled session.
Are there lockers available at the tubing site for personal belongings?
No, we encourage you to please keep personal belongings in your vehicle.
