Sisters on the Slopes -

We get it. We know how busy you are, working, caring for the family, shuttling kids around to their activities… the last thing on your list is doing something for yourself…well, it’s time to change that.

Wednesday ‘s Sisters on the Slopes is designed with a busy woman in mind. Arrive at Mohawk Mountain between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. – a hot, healthy breakfast will be waiting for you at the Sister’s Table in the Lodge! Egg white omelet Florentine and whole grain toast sound appealing?? Maybe you’ll indulge in one of our world famous breakfast sandwiches… it’s so good!

Lifts start running at 9:30 a.m., and you and your new friends will head out to the slopes, accompanied by coaches from the Learning Center at Mohawk Mountain. The coaches will be available for the entire session, to :

• introduce you to skiing.
• help you become a better skier.
• address any problems or issues you may be experiencing,
• or to advise you on how to get the most out of your day on the slopes.

No pressure – it’s not a competition – it’s about maximizing your time here today. This program is suitable for all levels - beginner through advanced, and is for skiers only. ( Sorry - no snowboarding coaches are available.)

Each program participant will receive Mohawk Gear –a custom embroidered Mohawk Mountain t-shirt. Wear it with pride, as you master the mountain!

Ever wonder how the other half lives? On week 5, you’ll have the option of finding out. Particpants will be given the opportunity to gear up as a snowboarder, and take a lesson, with coaching provided by a Mohawk Learning Center Snowboarding instructor.

Your day on the slopes winds down at 1:00 p.m., giving you more than enough time to get home to meet the bus! You’ll feel relaxed and rejuvenated – ready to take on the world!

Sessions:

• Wednesdays, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., includes breakfast, coaching, rental equipment in session 5, and full day lift ticket.
• 2012 Dates:  Jan 11, Jan 18, Jan 25, Feb. 1, Feb. 8, Feb. 15
• You only pay for 5 of the six session.  If you can make it to all 6  there is no extra charge!

Program Cost : $450.00 ( $425.00 if registered before January 1, 2012)  for any 5 weeks of the six week  session

FAB FRIDAY for Ladies – Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

You love to ski!  Every year, you try and get a little better— giving moguls a try, or skiing with a tighter turn radius.  Fab Friday is just the ski program ( sorry - no snowboarding coaching is available.)  for you.  Every Friday the Fab Friday ladies gather, and start the day by sharing a friendly cup of coffee or tea, while chatting with their coaches about what they want to accomplish. We’ll provide you with a Mohawk Mountain t-shirt for you to wear with pride. At the end of each weekly session, you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch with the other Fab ladies.

Fridays, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., includes lunch, all day lift ticket.

Scheduled for 6 sessions—you choose the 5 you want to attend.  If you can make it to all 6  there is no extra charge!
