Online Express Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund, Exchange and Cancelation Policy – ONLINE EXPRESS

Online Express, Mohawk Mountain’s online pre-purchase system, is a simple and convenient way to reduce the amount of time you spend preparing for your ski outing, and increasing the amount of time you spend on the slopes.  It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly select the items they wish to purchase, to accurately enter required information, and to submit requested purchases within the designated period.  All season pass purchases are final, and not refundable. In the case of a medical situtaion, please conact our office to arrange for a medical deferrment.

Any requested changes or cancelations received after 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to use cannot be honored.  You will be charged for your order with no refunds or changes allowed. 

Additions: If a customer needs to add items or services to an order, simply place a new order through online express.  Existing orders cannot have items or services added.  

CHANGES OR CANCELATIONS: If a customer needs to change or cancel an order, and it is before the “4:00 p.m. on the day prior to use” deadline, the following procedure should be followed:

·         Change requests must be sent via email to office@mohawkmtn.com.  Include your order #, name of customer or program and requested change.

·         Cancelation requests must be sent via email to office@mohawkmtn.com.  Include your order #, name of customer or program and programs or items to be canceled.

Changes or cancelations requiring a refund will be handled in one of two ways. The customer should indicate their preference in the email request. 

Refund Option #1: 100% of dollar value converted to Mohawk Money Card and mailed to your credit card billing address.

Refund Option #2) Value of refund less $15.00 processing fee per transaction credited back to your credit card.

If no preference is indicated, the credit will be processed as Mohawk Money, and mailed to the customer’s credit card billing address.

Refunds, credits and Mohawk Money conversion can take up to 10 days to process.
