Pre Ski Tai Chi is a safe, effective, and fun form of exercise based on centuries old techniques, now to benefit skiers and riders. By increasing focus, balance, and posture, and weight transference, you will enhance your on snow experience.

    Classes begin Saturday, February 24. FIRST CLASS IS FREE (Saturday, February 24 or Tuesday, February 27)

    Classses held Tuesdays at 1:00pm & Saturdays at 8:45am and 10:00am

    Classes are 30 minutes long
