SUP Testimonial:

"I have been wanting to take an SUP class for a while so I was very excited when I got the email from Mohawk Mountain about the classes. I took the morning SUP class on July 9, 2016 it was a blast! It was only my second time on an SUP and first time since a recent knee surgery, everyone was super friendly and helpful, the instructors were great! They demonstrated and covered the basics of paddle boarding along with proper rowing techniques and safety tips as well as a few more advanced just for fun tricks.  They were really informative about the different types of boards out there answered all of our questions and we got to try different types and lengths of boards to feel the differences.  Being a yoga enthusiast, they even got me to try a few yoga poses. Hoping to be able to take a second class later this summer or early fall.  It was a great class not only for a beginner but even those with some experience.
Thank you Mohawk Mountain and Litchfield County Paddler!"
