Checking In at Mohawk Mountain

Renting equipment at Mohawk Mountain has never been easier.  Visit our newly renovated Rentals Shop, located in the lower level of the Main Lodge. You'll check in to one of our computerized checkin terminals, and then one of our friendly Customer Service Specialists can sell you anything you need - rentals, lift tickets, lessons, and money-saving packages!   Use the same computer check-in stations to register for any of our SNOWHAWKS lessons.

Step 1: Review all your options for purchase. Everything you need to know about what we offer in the shop is conveniently located on our information wall, including lift tickets, lessons, rentals, and our economical packages.
	Step 2: Enter your contact and sizing information into any one of our seven check-in computers in order to obtain rentals or a Snowhawks lesson.
Use the touch screen or keyboard to complete the steps. A receipt with your rental information wil print out.  If you are entering registration information for Snowhawks, you wil not receive a receipt. Instead, one of our friendly staff will bring you a Snowhawks waiver, requiring a signature.
	Step 3: Hand your slip to one of our many friendly cashiers. They will scan your slip, bringing up your information, complete your transaction, and print your lift ticket if you are not a season passholder.
Step 4: Next, one of our friendly booting staff will be waiting to help you into your boots. Hand them your slip, and they will bring your boots to you, assisting you and ensuring that you have a great fit.  As a courtesy, we can store your shoes while you are out on the snow. (Shoe storage is not secure, and at your own risk.)
	Step 5: Your boot technician will guide you to the tech room to pick up your skis or snowboard.
Hand your slip to one of our friendly techs so they can get the skis or snowboard that is right for you.
	Our techs will make all the necessary adjustments to ensure your skis are in good working order.
Step 6: Use the electronic signature pad to sign the waiver.
	Step 7: If you are a skier, one of our techs will give you the poles that are right for you. Once you have them, you have completed check-in and you're ready to tackle the mountain!
